Annabel Karmel is soon to launch her own TV show on CITV – but remember kids, you saw her first at Haven!
Haven Holidays are encouraging children to roll up their sleeves, put on their aprons and start practising for Junior Masterchef at their 35 UK family holiday parks – in a special scheme devised in conjunction children’s cooking guru Annabel Karmel.
This year Annabel’s Creative Cooking sessions are all about healthy eating with yummy sandwiches and fresh ingredients.
The special sessions are free of charge and will encourage even the littlest children to make their own sandwiches for lunch! Especially for kids aged 3-12 Annabel’s Creative Kitchen takes place on mid-week breaks at all Haven parks.
Watch out for ‘Annabel’s Kitchen’ at 12.00 and 3.00 p.m. from April 11th on CITV. Annabel and her team, including Pearl and Jimmy (a pair of penguins ) and three singing cup cakes will be taking children on a culinary journey to prove that cooking really can be child’s play.
And if you’d like to meet Annabel in person she’ll be appearing at four Haven Holiday parks - with Jimmy the Penguin - during the summer season. There will be an interactive cooking demonstration that Mums and Dads will enjoy, fun foodie games to play, free recipe cards to take home and a question and answer session with Annabel herself!
Annabel will be at Primrose Valley on the North Yorkshire coast on 26th July; Devon Cliffs, near Exmouth on 2nd August; Combe Haven, near Hastings on 9th August and Caister, near Great Yarmouth on 16th August.
Prices start at £499 for seven nights, based on Standard accommodation for a family of up to six people arriving on 5th August at Combe Haven or the 12th August at Caister. Click on www.haven.com or call 0871 230 1900. For details about Annabel Karmel visit www.annabelkarmel.com
